Santiago Cooks is a Santiago based company born out of one woman's passion for food, wine and bringing people together. Founder and host, Anne Lang, has been living around the world and giving dinner parties ever since her parents took her on her first trip abroad to Spain, many moons ago. A Renaissance woman, Anne has led a colorful professional life as a Wall Street trader, organic goat farmer a

nd artisan cheese maker and, lately, as a college English literature teacher and deputy head of a private prep school in Chile. Several years ago, after falling in love with the grandeur of Chile, she made a permanent move from Chicago to Santiago. It is this spirit that she brings to each tour, lending her personal flair and knowledge of Chile and desire for everyone to be able to sit back, relax and enjoy themselves.
