𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐮𝐦 is a financial modeling and valuation analyst, and business entrepreneurship alumna of the 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐠𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐔𝐊, with the mission of bridging the financial gap by integrating business finance, business journalism and business law.

In pursuit of this, she found 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡-𝐃𝐖𝐓, the business strategist of 𝐒𝐂 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐰 and the North West regional coordinator and Fundraising manager of 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬, 𝐚 𝐔𝐒 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐆𝐎 that seeks to equalize access to education for impact.

"What an incredible experience I had as the first speaker at the Girl's Charge conference where I had the opportunity to share insights on job readiness and CV building with over 150 amazing ladies!

As a facilitator, I learned so much about the challenges people face when it comes to getting jobs, and how crucial it is to follow job readiness best practices. It's clear that there's a need for more support and guidance in this area, and I'm passionate about helping bridge that gap.

The energy at the event was electric, and I am grateful for the opportunity to empower more youth and contribute to enhancing professionalism and the entrepreneurial landscape in Cameroon. " ~ Lule Blea

Cameroon's job market just scored a historic win through the Internship Hack 2025 Edition.

Against the urgent threat of youth unemployment, 10 young professionals convened to shatter expectations and igniting exponential hope for Cameroon’s youth employment and economic growth!

The energy was at its peak with:
- Impactful presentations about understanding the job market and practical resume curation that sparked action
- Using your job/business as a Community-crafted solution to real-world threats
- Electrifying networking sessions uniting cross-industry forces
