It's time to fundamentally rethink our relationship with the living world, with natural ecosystems and its biodiversity. RIA encourages traditional forest practices that protect ecosystems and biodiversity. We encourage the keeping of sacred forests, forest groves, afforestation, organic agriculture, other conservation tendencies.

Our first idea is "My pad, My Design". At the earliest possible age, girls need to be aware that it is because of menstruation that there is birth of humanity. They ought to be proud of menstruation rather than be ashamed of it. They feel proud designing their reusable period pads. Reusable sanitary pads are cost effective, healthy and environmentally friendly. This our little beginning is a 'Ripple of Hope' for these four girls and for women of reproductive age.
