the interested buyer must send an LOI addressed to B2B CONSULTING PVT LTD
PROCEDURE: (NON NEGOTIABLE)
1. Buyer signs sales contract
2. Seller countersigns the sales contract and shares the final executed contract with
the buyer by e- mail in PDF format.
3. Upon signing of the SPA, Buyer issues an, confirm BG /BLOCK FUND MT 799 /SBLC
MT700 /DLC MT700 in favor of the Seller equivalent to the Invoice value of the shipment. The validity of each one BG must be 180 days minimum . BANK'S STRUMENT will be revolving automatically after each delivery.
4. Seller delivers the trial to buyer's port or warehouse without a buyer bank instrument. For the rest order, buyer must open the BANK'S STRUMENT (BS) of minimum 6 month
5. Seller issues 2% PB to buyer bank in 72 hours after receipt of the BS .
6. On the arrival of the copper cathode at the destination, the Buyer shall confirm the Quality through its assaying company at its own cost, to do a full quality and
quantity assay of the copper cathode.
7. Within 3 working days from the date of issuance of satisfactory final assay reports,
the Buyer shall initiate full payment of the value of the cathode by EFT to Seller’s
nominated bank account for the total invoiced value of the assayed of product against the necessary documentation described below.
8. Title shall pass to the Buyer when the products are fully paid.
9. For future monthly deliveries, as agreed on the schedule
