PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A LAND TITLE.
(The case of Cameroon, for example)
To obtain a land title in Cameroon, it is necessary to respect certain conditions.
~ The composition of the file.
just a signed request for registration in four copies, the original of which is stamped, and stating:
•The names
• first names
• filiations
•home
•profession
• matrimonial property regime
nationality
• name and detailed description of the building.

the registration application form can be obtained from the sub-prefecture or from the district chief's office, or from the departmental land affairs department.
Submit the completed application to the sub-prefecture or to the district chief.
Wait no more than three days to request a receipt.
keep your receipt, because the authority will send your file to our departmental land affairs department within eight days.
The head of the departmental land affairs department will publish within 15 days an extract of your request. in concert with the sub-prefect or the district chief.
He will fix the date of the advisory committee's visit to see the effectiveness of the development of your land.
after the demarcation, you will have to pay the demarcation costs to the departmental receiver of the domains against receipt.
thirty (30) days later, the departmental delegate of MINDAF transmits your complete file to the provincial delegate for the attention of the provincial chief of land affairs, who enters it in the provincial register for monitoring requisitions for registration affects him a number, examinesits regularity, I aim if necessary establish you a notice to give demarcation which is published by the provincial delegate in the provincial bulletin of land and land notices.
