The absence of localized data in climate risk management severely aggravates vulnerabilities of under resourced communities. This is a big problem to under-look as lack of actionable climate data hampers effective climate response and adaptation.

During the past months, we have been conducting mapping on environmental and social vulnerabilities of potential climate extremes and using this data to develop models that can inform preparation and adaptation actions for frontline communities in .

The culmination of this work is an open data digital platform that provides location-based data insights to inspire adaptation outcomes for households and local institutions in core communities.
