ABOUT THE MINDSHIFT CONFERENCE DOUALA, EDITION 1.0
The Mindshift Conference Douala, first edition held yesterday 3rd May 2026 was nothing short of impactful and mind-shifting.
Bringing together young Cameroonian entrepreneurs, small business owners, and career-driven men and women, all eager to grow and increase their productivity.
From start to finish, the participants stayed focused and glued to the concise, inspiring, mind-shifting and practical presentations from the different speakers, each speaker delivered thought-provoking insights that truly lived up to the name Mindshift—challenging participants to rethink their approaches to growth, productivity, and personal development.
One of the standout moments of the conference was the dedicated networking session. With over 20 minutes set aside for meaningful connection, participants seized the opportunity to engage with new people, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships. The energy in the room during this time was electric—conversations flowed, connections formed, and new networks built.
TMC Douala ended with a panel session, where the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions they got in the course of the presentations, as well as general questions pertaining to their ideas, projects or businesses, it was a high moment too, as the participants received more practical insights and strategies that'll boost their holistic growth.
As the conference drew to a close, it was evident that something impactful had taken place. The room was filled with positive energy, renewed motivation, and a shared sense of optimism.
