One of the biggest mistakes companies make when outsourcing recruitment is assuming that every recruitment agency fully understands their business before hiring on their behalf.

In reality, many recruitment firms are tasked with sourcing candidates for critical positions such as Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, or Operations Managers without first developing a deep understanding of the company's products, services, target market, culture, and strategic objectives.

Our scenario working with a B2C customer:

A company is hiring a recruitment agency to recruit a Business Development Manager. The recruiters responsible for interviewing and evaluating candidates had limited knowledge of the company's offerings, competitive advantages, customer segments, and growth strategy. As a result, they were struggling to accurately assess whether our candidate is truly capable of driving business growth for the organization.

This creates a significant risk for the hiring company.

Most Engineers complete school and the first thought that comes is "Let me go and teach"

Some days ago these professional got our Self Paced Training which is meant to give professionals results beyond imagination.

Below are the screenshots of his request for interview prep guides which at the moment he needed some clarification.

We are talking of guides he got in March, applied for a job in Douala while living in Yaoundé.

Then the next picture is a call from the feedback which he explained his discussion with the HR:

HR: What salary should we pay you?

Him: 150-300k

HR: Do you have a place to live in Douala?

Him: Sure I do

HR: When Possibly can you start?

Him: In 2 Weeks

HR: Check your email, we will send some details for you to fill.

Now imagine it's been 2 years after graduation and he has been teaching!

If he continues then he would end up with more years as a teacher and boom transitioning will take more work.
