A Public Call to Help Reunite Lost Documents & Articles with Their Rightful Owners
Every day, millions of items go missing. From National Identity Cards, Driver’s Licences, Passports and vehicle documents to money, certificates, mobile phones, bags, books, theatre tickets and other personal belongings, a simple loss can turn an ordinary day into a nightmare.
But it does not have to remain a nightmare.
BEF FOUNDATION, in collaboration with MTC GROUP and GICACES GLOBAL, has devised a simple, community-based LOST & FOUND SYSTEM designed to help members of the public recover what they have lost—quickly, safely and responsibly.
And it works with you: members of the public, taxi drivers, motorbike riders, travel agencies, public offices, businesses, institutions, transport operators and everyone who cares about helping a fellow citizen.

Our Lost & Found Facility assists the public in recovering items such as:

Vehicle Registration & Car Documents
Certificates and Official Documents
Money and Wallets
Bags and Personal Effects
Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices
Books and Other Valuable Articles
Theatre & Event Tickets
And other identifiable lost property.

This initiative is part of a long-standing social and humanitarian commitment instituted since 23rd April 1999—with the simple objective of helping people recover what they have lost and reunite lost articles with their rightful owners.
We believe that a lost document is not merely a piece of paper. It may represent a person's identity, mobility, livelihood, education, business, travel plans or access to essential services.
Likewise, a found item is not simply something someone has picked up. It may be the very thing another person is desperately looking for.
