Receiving your RUICHEN Energy Storage System? Here’s a simple checklist for new sellers and distributors to help make the receiving process smooth.

After the shipment arrives, first check the packages and confirm that the quantity matches the shipping documents. Then open the packaging and check the main unit, accessories and included components. Before installation, take a quick look at the system appearance, connectors and other key parts to make sure everything is ready for the next step.

Once the equipment is confirmed, you can proceed with installation and system commissioning according to the user manual. If you have any questions during the process, our team is available to provide technical support.

The production team is working on battery assembly, system integration and final inspection for the latest batch. Each unit will go through the required testing before being packed and prepared for shipment.
