Reliable data for loitering detection with mmWave sensor 🛡

Detecting how long someone stays in a specific area can be tricky. Traditional PIR sensors often miss stationary individuals, while cameras raise privacy concerns in sensitive spaces like offices or retail stores.

The MSR01 Millimeter Wave Radar Sensor offers a high-precision solution. By utilizing a 60GHz frequency, high linear FMCW bandwidth, and a 4T4R antenna layout, the device achieves the spatial resolution necessary to detect individuals even if they remain still.

It is important to note that the MSR01 provides real-time data on the number of people and their exact coordinates within the detection range.
