OAD is an American-Chinese child, born from the desire of a few Chinese and Ame

rican Architects working in the New York Metro area. It all started in 2002 as a dual location office with a New York/New Jersey office and a Beijing Office. Today, OAD is primarily based in Beijing and it has created a Chengdu satellite office. We have developed a large team that can assist in any given project. This team integrates top level Chinese experts with international project experience that make our vision possible
