职位概要
作为北京环球度假区的选角导演，您将负责组织试镜工作，为各类角色匹配最合适的演员，在塑造度假区演出体验方面发挥核心作用。核心工作职责包括：精准筹备试镜物料及通知；审阅演员简历与作品片段，筛选合格候选人；协调并优化整个试镜及选角流程，确保工作效率；评估演员的专业技能、艺术天赋及与特定角色的适配度，做出最优选角决策；与演员协商演出合同；协助为演员获取必要的演出报批文件及许可，确保符合相关法规要求。
岗位职责
与创意团队及演出运营团队紧密协作，明确演员角色定位，界定角色要求（包括外形条件、个人特质、从业经验等），并为每个角色制定选角说明。
协同试镜制作团队及顾问团队，确定试镜流程，筹备试镜物料（包括但不限于台词片段、音乐、各类舞蹈风格的编排，如爵士舞、嘻哈舞、拉丁舞、中国舞等）、试镜相关人员及设备，保障试镜工作顺利开展。
主动建立并维护与艺人经纪公司、艺术院校及演出团体的稳固合作关系，为选角工作挖掘适配的理想演员。
定期前往国内外试镜城市，开展人才挖掘、试镜组织、候选人面试工作，并评估其角色适配度。
与入选演员协商演出合同。
管理下属团队成员（如选角助理）。
管理选角预算。
完成分配的其他工作。
任职资格

Beijing Universal Studios Recruitment - Casting Director
Job Summary
As the Casting Director of Universal Beijing Resort, you will be responsible for organizing auditions and matching performers to the most suitable roles, playing a core role in shaping the resort’s performance experience. Key job responsibilities include: preparing audition materials and notices with precision; reviewing performers’ resumes and showreels to screen qualified candidates; coordinating and streamlining the entire audition and casting process to ensure efficiency; assessing performers’ professional skills, artistic talent and suitability for specific roles to make optimal casting decisions; negotiating performance contracts with performers; and assisting in securing necessary show approvals and permits for performers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Major Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Creative Team and Show Operations to clarify performers' roles, define role requirements (including physical appearance, traits, experience, etc.), and develop a casting brief for each role.
Collaborate with audition production and consultant teams to identify audition procedures, prepare audition materials, including but not limited to sides, music, choreography of various dance styles (E.g. Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin, Chinese Dance. etc.), audition personnel and equipment to facilitate the audition process.
Proactively develop and sustain solid relationships with talent agencies, performing arts institutes and performance troupes, to secure ideal performers for casting needs.
Frequent travel to domestic and overseas audition cities to source talent, conduct auditions, interview candidates and assess their suitability for the role.
Negotiate contracts with selected talent.
Supervise other Team Members (e.g. Casting Assistant).
Track casting budget.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as Casting Director and Show Director preferred.
Current knowledge of available talent source.
Ability to maintain knowledge of industry trends.
Instinct to recognize talent.
Be knowledgeable in all-rounded performance principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability.
Good negotiation skills.
A good team player.
Must be willing to travel and work under irregular hours.
Proficient in using common office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Film, Fine Arts, Musical Theatre, Dance or other relevant fields.
