Introducing this remarkable masterpiece by Yayoi Kusama featured in our upcoming autumn auction, which will be presented at the evening sale on December 9th.
Created in 2004, it is from the very rare series “Revelations from the Heavens”. This series has been exhibited at the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo and is also part of the collection at the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo. It integrates two major elements of Kusama’s work: “dots” and “infinite nets”.
This piece boasts a large size of 130.4×162cm and is extremely rare in the market.
