What is the reason for Vickers axial piston pump pressure? How to deal with it?
After a long period of use, the actuator may move slowly and the pressure will not go up? How should this fault be repaired to increase the outlet pressure of the Vickers axial piston pump? To this end, A&S Hydraulic Co., Ltd collects the reasons for the pressure of the Vickers axial piston pump and the inspection method, for reference only!
1. Check the contact between the oil pan and the cylinder fitting surface (G1 surface and G2 surface).
When there is dirt entering between the two sides, the joint surface is pulled and the shallow groove is pulled, there is an internal leakage between the pressure suction oil chambers. The higher the pressure, the larger the internal leakage, the cleaning should be cleaned and the pulled hair should be pulled. Grinding repair with the mating surface;
2. Check the fit between the plunger and the cylinder bore
The sliding mating surfaces of the two wear or pull into axial grooves, so that the matching gap between the outer diameter Φd of the plunger and the hole ΦD of the cylinder increases, causing the pressure oil to leak into the cavity of the pump body through the gap, and the internal leakage increases. , resulting in insufficient output traffic. It can be repaired by brushing the outer diameter Φd of the plunger, replacing the plunger, or researching the plunger and the cylinder. Ensure that the gap between the two is within the specified range (the standard gap between ΦD and Φd is generally 25 to 26 μm);
3, check the oil resistance
Although the Vickers axial piston pump has a certain ability, if the suction line is too long and the elbow is too much, the oil absorption height is too high (>500mm), etc., the local loss of the oil suction passage ut and the loss along the path are too large. It is difficult to suck the plunger pump, and partial suction is generated, resulting in insufficient output flow. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to install any oil filter on the oil suction pipe, otherwise the hydraulic pump will be sucked out, which is different from other weekly hydraulic pumps. In this case, in order to solve the possibility of the plunger pump sucking in dirt, a large space can be separated around the suction pipe in the fuel tank, and the surrounding is sealed with a filter screen, which is also the same as the use of a common oil filter. For plunger pumps with a flow rate greater than 160 L/lnin, the officer uses self-priming for reverse irrigation.
4, check whether the reassembly after repair and disassembly is correct
When reassembling after disassembly, if the holes of the oil distribution plate are not aligned with the positioning pins installed on the positive pump cover, they can withstand each other, and the oil distribution plate and the cylinder body cannot be fitted together, resulting in short-circuiting of high and low pressure oils. oil.
5. Check if the center spring of the oil pump is broken or fatigued.
6. The fastening screw is not pressed, the cylinder body causes the cylinder to twist, and a wedge-shaped gap is generated between the cylinder and the oil distribution plate. The internal leakage increases, and the output flow is insufficient. Therefore, the fastening screw should be pressed. The diagonal mode is gradually tightened.
7. The oil temperature is too high, the internal leakage of the pump increases and the output flow is not enough. Try to reduce the oil temperature.
8. The pipe joint exposed in the atmosphere is not tightened or the seal is not tight, and the air inlet; or the inlet pipe is broken and the atmosphere is connected, or the weld is not welded. In this way, it is difficult to form a vacuum in the pump (because it is connected to the atmosphere), and the suction chamber inside the pump is nearly equal to the outside atmospheric pressure, and the pressure oil cannot be pressed into the pumping.
9. For the plunger pump supplied by the auxiliary pump, the supply of the auxiliary pump to the main pump may not be sufficient, resulting in insufficient pumping or pressure.
