📦 Important Reminder When Receiving Your Inflatables
Before signing for your package, please double-check the boxes and packaging carefully.
If you notice any damage, broken packaging, holes, or other issues:
📸 Take clear photos and/or a video of the damage
📝 Write the damage details on the delivery receipt before signing
📦 Keep the damaged packaging until the issue is resolved
📩 Contact us as soon as possible and send us the photos/videos
Please don’t sign a clean receipt if the package is visibly damaged.
A few minutes of checking when you receive your goods can make the claim process much easier. ❤️
