After a rewarding week of field engagement and empowerment work in Cameroon🇨🇲, I am traveling to Lagos 🇳🇬today.
Before departure, I was deeply moved by a warm airport send-off from fellow Chinese 🇨🇳colleagues.
Among them were four Management Trainees from the 2025 intake, as well as two outstanding professionals who joined in 2021 and have since grown into impactful leadership roles — now serving respectively as Country Manager in Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮and Business Manager in Senegal🇸🇳.
It was a powerful reminder that team strength is built over time: through shared purpose, mutual support, and the continuous growth of people across generations.
Being on the ground in Africa 🌍 has reinforced my belief in both the vitality of this market and the immense potential it holds. More importantly, it has shown me that when committed people move forward together, the possibilities are far greater than any one individual could achieve alone.
Grateful for the encouragement, proud to be part of such a resilient and driven team, and excited for what lies ahead.
Next stop: Lagos 🇳🇬— with stronger conviction, deeper appreciation, and greater responsibility.
