Frequently questions about IP cameras

1. No video picutres from IE explorer?

The probable reason: no control active X software has been installed?

Try to install active X software when visiting IP camera through IE explorer at first time.

2. The video picture is not smooth ?

The probable reason 1: too many users are connecting .

Try to shut down some client software or decreasing the setting frame rate of IPC

Reason2 : Network bandwidth is limited ,data packet are lost .

Try to reduce th frame rate and code rate.

Reason 3: The computer is infected by virus or PC base or Junk is too much .

Please try to kill virus and reset PC system and make sure PC fast speed.

How to solve the irregular video ?

Direct X function is not start, that can cause the video slow and abnormal color.

Please install Direct X video drive program .

Hardware problem ,video speeding up and hardware zoom function are not supported by graphic card.

Please change the graphic card .

How to connect megapixel IP cameras

1.Connect network cable to LAN port of IP cameras and connect power adaptor.

2.Connect IP cameras to PC diectly or network switch

3.Input IP address of IP camera in IE explorer and you will get the view on live

But please make sure your IP address of IPC not conflict with your IP address of PC.

4. If you want to set up and modify IP adress of IPC, please use CMS or NVRs .

That will help modify IP address easily .
