Is your glass "smiling" at you when it should be flat? 😊➡️😐 Concave or cupped edges can ruin a production run, especially with Low-E glass.

Why it happens :
It’s all about the Cooling Tug-of-War. If the bottom cools faster than the top, it shrinks first and pulls the glass into a bowl shape.

The Fix: ：
✅ Boost the Top: Crank up the top air pressure.
✅ Ease the Bottom: Dial back the bottom quench.
✅ Low-E Tuning: Adjust your convection to compensate for those reflective coatings.
