The Science Behind Canhelp CRC MSI – Now Published in Nature 🧬

We recently launched Canhelp CRC MSI, our CE IVD-certified AI software for MSI detection in colorectal cancer. Today, we want to share the science that powers it.

🔬 The Algorithm – Deepath-MSI:
The core AI algorithm behind our product was validated in a large-scale study just published in npj Precision Oncology. Key results from 5,070 samples:
✅ 98% accuracy (AUROC) in identifying MSI status
✅ 95% sensitivity and 92% specificity at the clinical operating point
✅ Reduces potential molecular testing workload by 85.6%

📦 The Product – Canhelp CRC MSI:
This is the CE IVD-certified, commercially available software that brings Deepath-MSI‘s power directly to clinical labs. It was also accepted into China’s NMPA Breakthrough Pathway for medical devices in 2025.

We are excited to share our strategic distribution partnership with Eurobio Scientific to help bring advanced precision oncology diagnostics to more clinicians and patients across Europe and the UK.

The partnership will support access to Canhelp-Origin and Canhelp-UCa, two CE-IVD-certified molecular diagnostic assays designed to help inform cancer care through tissue-of-origin identification for cancers with uncertain primary sites and non-invasive urothelial carcinoma testing.
