1.ISO9001/IATF16949 certified, batch material reports & product traceability.
2.Clutch Cover: QT450-10 ductile iron, 50CrV4 diaphragm spring. Friction surface flatness ≤0.10mm, ≥90% clamping force retained after thermal cycling. Magnetic particle crack inspection & full visual check.
3.Driven Disc: 45 # quenched & tempered steel hub, 55CrSi damper springs. Spring steel shims, copper-based plates with Carbone-style technology. Dynamic balance, end runout ≤0.5mm, rivets resist torque load.
4.Bench test for every batch: static clamping force, torque capacity, ≥50,000-cycle fatigue test and heat resistance test.
5.Final inspection, anti-rust treatment before packing.
