What is the main difference for between High quality and Normal quality ?
B.The grade of the raw material. Although both are chrome steel, the prices of different grades vary greatly from one steel mill to another. For example, some chrome steel is 900$/ton and some steel is 1200$/ton. This can also lead to price differences .

What is the main difference for between High quality and Normal quality ?
A.The difference of production process . High quality means higher precision. In grinding process, a high quality may take 30 seconds to machine in one pass, but a normal quality one only takes about 6 seconds to machine.
Also there are dozens of processes from heat treatment to assembly. Normal grade bearings can be produced fully automatically, a few thousand of bearings a day on an automatic line, while high grade can only be done manually, only a few hundred a day. On this price difference is a lot .

3. Cleanliness of the
The bearing is not well sealed in the bearing box, and dust enters, and the friction between the rolling elements and the cage is required to damage the cage.

The reasons for the damage of the cage are:
1 Insufficient lubrication
Lubricating oil or grease is dry, not added in time (maintenance), the labeling of lubricating oil or grease is incorrect.
2 shock load
The intense vibration in the impact load causes the rolling body to hit the cage.

The cage plays a role of isolating the rolling elements and preventing the rolling elements from falling in the rolling bearings, guiding and driving the rolling elements to rotate.

Although the bearing is composed of many parts, the first damaged (failed) part of the bearing is often a cage. The cage can be said to be the "blood vessel" of the bearing. The inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements can be evenly and orderly distributed. It is easy to shorten the service life of the bearing even if it is slightly wrong, or even damage it. 2. Materials and requirements for bearing outer packaging

①Double corrugated cardboard boxes, the total weight (gross weight) of each box does not exceed 25kg, and the outside of the box is bundled with plastic packing straps;

② Nail board box (wooden box), the total weight of each box is not more than 30kg, and the outside of the box is tied with blue steel band;

③Calcium-plastic corrugated boxes, the total weight of each box is not more than 25kg, the boxes love to use plastic strapping.

When packing bearing products with inner packaging into the box, plastic bags or plastic films should be lined in the box first; if there are any gaps in the box, they need to be filled with dry materials such as corrugated cardboard and paper scraps.
