🌟 Exciting News! Xinsan Plastics Just Leveled Up!
We’ve recently installed a new set of advanced three-layer co-extrusion blown film production lines (ABA structure, specially designed for agricultural mulch film). These lines are now fully up and running to produce high-quality mulch film.
With this cutting-edge three-layer co-extrusion technology, we can perfectly combine high-strength, weather-resistant materials on the outer layers with functional materials in the middle. This significantly improves the film’s strength, durability, and lifespan, while also ensuring more uniform thickness and better cost efficiency.
The arrival of this new equipment marks another big step forward in our manufacturing capabilities. We’re now able to deliver even more stable and higher-quality agricultural mulch film to customers both at home and abroad.

Deepening Our Partnership with Australia

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our long-term Australian partner here at Jinan Xinsan Plastics Co., Ltd. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and feedback on our products, especially our mulch films, which have been a hit with Australian farmers for their durability and ability to boost crop yields! 🌱

We also shared an exciting new development — a biodegradable photon conversion material, which we’re planning to test in Australia. This new innovation will help improve light energy use in agriculture, making farming even more sustainable.

🌱 On April 11, as a professional mulch film manufacturer, Xinsan Plastics was proud to participate in and provide technical support for the Seminar on High-Strength, Aging-Resistant Thickened Mulch Film!
Hosted by the Key Laboratory of Agricultural Film Application under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the event brought together experts from Shandong Agricultural University, Wanhua Chemical, ExxonMobil, and other institutions to discuss technological innovation and green development in agriculture.
The seminar highlighted the latest research achievements on high-strength aging-resistant thickened mulch film, including thickness optimization, formulation upgrades, and two-year field test data. We are honored to have contributed our professional expertise to this important project.

🌍 Thrilled to host South African government officials and scholars at Xinsan Plastics for a productive lunch!
We discussed South Africa's famous wine regions, large-scale grain farming, and challenges like drought & soil degradation.
They were very interested in our fully biodegradable mulch film – made from renewable bio-based materials, it fully degrades into water & CO₂ (no microplastics!), and the beneficial microbes released may help improve soil health and crop growth.
We explored potential trial sites in wine and grain areas – follow-up talks with their technical teams to discuss suitable crops and gather field data. South Africa's market looks very promising! 🇿🇦
