Automatic Veneer Feeding & Glue Spreading Production Line
Application
The automatic veneer feeding and glue spreading production line is designed to streamline the plywood manufacturing process by integrating veneer loading and glue application. It replaces traditional manual operations, significantly improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and ensuring consistent glue coverage.
Working Principle
Automatic Feeding – Core veneers are automatically loaded and conveyed into the production line.
Glue Spreading – The veneers pass through a precision glue spreader, where adhesive is evenly applied to the surface.
Core Assembly – After glue spreading, the veneers are conveyed by belt conveyors to the working station, where workers manually assemble them into plywood blanks. The veneers are laid layer by layer in proper sequence, ensuring uniform structure and alignment before cold pressing and hot pressing.
Features & Advantages
High Efficiency: Continuous operation for higher productivity compared to manual feeding and gluing.
Labor Saving: Reduces manual handling, lowering labor costs and improving workplace safety.
Uniform Glue Application: Precision glue rollers ensure consistent and controlled adhesive spreading.
Improved Quality: Guarantees better bonding strength and stable final product performance.
Flexible Integration: Can be connected with veneer assembly lines, cold press, and hot press machines for a fully automated plywood production line.
Technical Benefits
Adjustable feeding speed and glue application amount according to production needs.
Suitable for different veneer sizes and thicknesses.
Compatible with a wide range of adhesives (UF, MUF, PF, etc.).
Rugged structure ensures stable and long-term operation.
