Since 2005, Luxiberg Inspection carries out factory audits and product quality inspection services in China for importers coming from about 40 countries.

Luxiberg Inspection provides a complete range of fast and reliable inspection services at very favorable pricing in China by focusing on the essential the workmanship, the product tests and the conformity of the production with client’s specifications and requirements. We use the strictest international standards to make sure that products' safety and regulatory requirements are met and all the in

structions, specifications and requirements of our clients are fully respected by the factory. All our inspectors have the qualification of engineer; they are experienced and we have trained them to inspect as per European and American standards. Two years ago, at clients' request, we have extended our inspection services to other Asian countries: Turkey, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Taiwan and South Korea.

Some photos of the quality control inspection before shipment of an electric coffee grinder production carried out by Luxiberg Inspection in Zhongshan in China.

When verifying the quality of the workmanship, Luxiberg Inspection inspector found that 40% of the production of coffee grinders had multiple point marks on the surface.

Regarding the tests on products conducted during this inspection, these were 21 different tests that were performed during the inspection to check the assembly, functions and functionalities , safety and durability of the coffee grinders.

The objective of Luxiberg Inspection is to provide buyers with high quality inspection services at very affordable prices to help them ensure the conformity, safety and proper functioning of the consumer goods and other products made in China.

In 2007, our company opted to have its own network of full-time inspectors in the coastal provinces of China and to no longer employ freelance inspectors.

The pre-shipment inspection covers all possible on-site checks of your products: quantity, workmanship, design, product appearance, functionalities, reliability and safety, materials, assortment and accessories, colors, weight and size measurements, logo, labels, shipping marks, packing and packaging, drop-test, barcode, and any other special instructions from you if accepted by the factory.
