Dedicated screw design and precise temperature control help tackle one of the biggest challenges in medical PVC molding: material yellowing and blackening.

The VE1500 medical PVC injection molding machine, built on Haitian’s fifth-generation electric technology platform, combines cleanroom-oriented design with dedicated software for rapid heating and cooling, material retention warnings, and production traceability.

In this application, it produces medical PVC oxygen masks using a full hot-runner valve gate system and robotic part removal.
Designed for the medical industry, the solution helps improve yield, reduce material waste, ensure cleaner production, and extend maintenance intervals for molds and plasticizing components.
