How to use Vinnare Hydraulic/Hydro Pressure Test Bench?
1. Vinnare hydraulic test bench is totally air-driven, non-electricity, driven air compressor is the power source.

2. Prepare the low pressure/high pressure hoses and connect to corresponding pressure port.

3. Set up the tested item, could be hose, gauges, valves, brake pad, etc.

4. Switch the air pressure and set the pressure you need and start to make hydro testing. Vinnare Pneumatic hydraulic test bench can run to 6000bar.

---How to operate the FM200/Novec filling machine?----
1. The electronic scale is placed in the pit, which is convenient for moving the gas cylinder up and down.
2. Connect the 220V power supply, the power supply indicator shows normal.
3. Use the hose to connect the fm200/Novec tank and the inlet of the filling machine (the joint is made according to the actual situation).
4. Put the cylinder to be filled on the platform scale, and set the tare and filling weight.
5. Use a rubber hose to connect the outlet of the filling machine to the cylinder (the connector is made according to the actual situation).
6. Adjust the driving gas pressure of the doublet to about 0.6MPa and then compress the start button and work.
