Lower Energy Costs, Uninterrupted Patient Care — ATESS Empowers Somalia Green Healthcare🏥

Installed by our local partner PEI ENERGY, the solar PV & battery storage hybrid system at Somalia Sudanese Specialized Hospital (Mogadishu, Somalia) integrates 495kWp PV + 745kWh BESS — with ATESS Energy Storage technology at its heart: PCS500 inverter, 3×SMC200 smart MPPT controllers and Bypass500 static bypass cabinet.

The solar system generates ~2.3MWh clean energy daily, cutting the hospital’s grid power consumption by over 50%, greatly lowering operational costs and mitigating risks from grid instability and fuel price volatility.

Most importantly, it provides uninterrupted backup power for operating rooms, ICUs and essential medical equipment, ensuring zero disruption to healthcare services amid grid instability or generator transition delays.
