Recently, GoodWe joined the TaiyangNews Virtual Conference on Solar & Storage Power Plant Developments. Dimitrios Pantoulas from GoodWe’s Utility Business Unit shared our perspective on the evolving role of utility-scale solar and storage plants in his presentation, “From Power Conversion to Grid Forming: Enabling the Next Generation of Solar & Storage Plants.”

GoodWe has signed an agreement for a 2.5 MW / 10 MWh utility-scale energy storage project in Ukraine featuring its string PCS turnkey solution, ICS, marking another step in its growing presence in the region.

As Ukraine continues to face significant challenges in maintaining a stable and reliable power supply, greater energy resilience and system flexibility are becoming increasingly important. Energy storage can play a valuable role in supporting more reliable and adaptable power systems.
