You really need to experience it to truly appreciate the bitter tears of the waiter. I have been in this industry for 30 years, and some people still treat waiters harshly and for granted, and do not feel tolerant or considerate. It has become more serious after the epidemic, because customers feel that the economy has deteriorated and waiters must keep their jobs, and customers feel that waiters must respond to their requests.
