👀Preparing ELISA Concentrated Wash Buffer❓

Let ELK demonstrate how to prepare ELISA concentrated wash buffer.
ELK Biotechnology ELISA kits provide 25‑fold concentrated wash buffer, which needs 25‑fold dilution with deionized or distilled water.

For 480 mL working solution:
📍Get 20 mL concentrated buffer and 480 mL water.
📍Measure 480 mL deionized or distilled water.
📍Take 20 mL concentrate. Heat at 40 °C water bath (max 50 °C) to dissolve any crystals, then mix.
📍Pour concentrate into water and mix thoroughly.

📣 ELISA Assay, is a classic technique for detecting antigens or antibodies.

Today we’ll demonstrate the first step: coating.

Use a pipette to add coating solution containing capture antibody into the 96‑well plate, 100 μL per well.

Pipette vertically and slowly. Avoid bubbles and touching the well walls.

Once finished, place the plate in a 37 °C incubator for 1‑hour incubation to allow full antibody adsorption.

Coating lays the foundation for valid ELISA results. Precise handling ensures reliable downstream data.
