The 2014 Frankfurt International building and lighting technologies Exhibition (Light + Building 2014) was held at the Messe Frankfurt on 30 March -4 April .

Smart Lighting became one of the major manufacturers in the Frankfurt show killer, Philips , OSRAM , Samsung, LG ...... have played a smart lighting signs.
Philips pavilion theme ---Hue, introduced intelligent interconnect LED lighting system for all areas at home, office, commercial and urban lighting , with LED lighting and intelligent control technology to show people a digital interconnect lighting era.

The Samsung introduced three models of smart LED lamps. These three lamps adopt traditional incandescent bulbs out-shape. Using E27 screw .It can be used in most lamps and through built-in Bluetooth module, can escape restrictions of gateway. Allowing users to adjust the lighting more easily to achieve different lighting scenes.
LG use LG Home Chat system to control a variety of home appliances and lighting systems. Through the dialog between Line and LG Home Chat System, inputting the dialogue "Turn off light, Good night" can close the home’s all lighting then go to sleep.
In addition, LG launched the Surface OLED Smart table lamps, treating curved OLED panel as a light source for the first time. And same as LG Smart LED table lamps ,they all have incidental application function. iOS users or Android users can control the lamp via Bluetooth. In addition, the program can be set to different modes according to different scenarios, such as watching movies mode or reading mode. Meanwhile, the program also allows the lights dimmed at night , with alarm and open lighting.
Zigbee using Mesh architecture and through signals achieve point to point transmission.ZLL is a power-saving wireless control protocol commonly used in lighting. If there is no Zigbee chip system support , you want to use your phone or tablet control Zigbee still need Gateway to do the bridge; Android mobile phone system built Zigbee chips also have quite an imagination space.
