A small improvement came from a customer’s feedback.

They told us that punching a hole in the zipper was a good way to secure the cable and sleeve, but the hole could tear over time.

I discussed it with our engineering team, and we decided to add a small metal eyelet around the hole for extra reinforcement.

We made samples quickly and sent them to the customer. After testing, they approved the change and confirmed a trial order of 200 pcs.

It’s a small change, but sometimes these small details are what make a product work better.
