Am I about to choke some factory owner for cheating my client? 😵
Definitely not (or at least I won't admit to it publicly) 😜
I can't remember the last time I was actually angry at someone or something.
Anger solves nothing. 🙅🏻‍♂️
It won't change past result.

It won't correct or improve your team's performance.
It won't inspire or contribute toward a successful company culture and drive results.
It merely reveals your own flaws. 🙄
It's a cheap emotional release for a person that didn't foresee and cannot figure out how to solve their own problems. 🤷🏻‍♂️
I highly encourage you to drop anger completely from your emotional toolbox.
The intensity you see in my face these days is all passion baby!!! 🕺
I look serious because I am extremely passionate about the investments we are making, the work we are doing and the impact we are making on peoples' lives. 💯
When I'm working with a client or speaking on any aspect of our business, I am laser-focused on the mission and accomplishing our goals. 💪🏻
I can't help shifting into super passion mode. It's what drives me. 😊

That take effort and thoughtfulness 💯
Not random consumer objects you can buy with 💰 and forget tomorrow.
This 🎁 means a great deal to me.
One of my teammates that’s been with me 5+ years spent an entire day to make this gift for me.
The 🐎 has particularly high importance/status in Chinese culture 🇨🇳.
This Christmas 🎄 I’m very grateful to be surrounded by good-hearted, sincere and authentic people.
Including both our team and clients 💯
Listen, it hasn’t been a perfect journey but I can tell you that where I’m at now, and the people around me, is by design.

Anyone else feel immense pressure to always deliver?
I can never accept any client, no matter how small, to ever feel like we have somehow failed to achieve thier objectives or not been sincere in our efforts.
Can any other business owners out there relate?
I think it's because I created from nothing and built every client relationship along the way myself.
There's a sacredness to asking and being granted the trust of another person and their business. They are literally trusting you with their livelihood (and those around them).
I feel it is absolutely my sacred responsibility to always meet their expectations and help them succeed.
I could find the weight of this responsibility overwhelming at times.
But I have found a mindset that helped me properly deal with that responsibility.
I accepted that... I am an honest person with a highly skilled (and honest) team. We are the best at what we do. We always operate with absolute integrity and work with sincerity to achieve our client's objectives. If we ever fall short, we will do anything to make it right.

Operating from this place of honesty, sincerity, and meaningfulness allows me to have the confidence to approach, withstand and carry through all situations.
I encourage you, operate in truth, honest and sincerity... you can't go wrong and you will build incredible relationships!
