Overview of GLL Series Coal Feeder:
Chain feeder is a new series of feeding products specially developed for large impact and easy scratching conditions in mining, steel, and other industries. In the mining and steel industry, raw coal, ore, semi-coal rock, and other materials are fed, and large impact and sharp materials are easy to cause damage to the belt feeder, especially when the belt damage rate is high, resulting in the problem that the material cannot be fed in the conveying. In response to the above problems, our company organized scientific researchers to develop a chain feeder, which completely solved the above problems.
Structural Characteristics of GLL Series Coal Feeder:
□ Funnel The funnel is a rectangular short section connecting the silo and the feeder trough; the upper fl**ge of the funnel matches the fl**ge of the silo mouth, and the lower fl**ge is connected with the trough to ensure that the incoming material effectively enters the trough.
□ Trough The whole trough encloses a relatively closed box to ensure that the upper incoming material can effectively enter the upper part of the scraper chain so that the material can be transported from the opening to the next conveying system by the scraper and at the same time ensure that the material is not scattered.
□ The gate is placed between the funnel and the guide trough, and the gate is electro-hydraulic controlled and has the function of adjusting the conveying volume. When the gate is closed, the upper silo stops coming, and the feeder stops feeding. When the feeder needs to feed the work, the feeder motor is started first, the feeder starts to run, and then the gate is opened so that the incoming material can enter the trough smoothly and start to feed normally. When each shift is suspended, the gate should be closed first, and then the materials in the trough should be cleaned up, and it is strictly forbidden to start when the materials are piled up in the silo.
□ Chain and scraper conveyor The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel structure, and the scraper is made of high-quality carbon structural steel forging, made of 45 material, which has high strength and high wear resistance. It is convenient to realize continuous transportation. This scraper chain feeding method greatly improves the service life of the equipment and is more suitable for the transportation of raw coal and other materials in mines with large lumps and high gangue content.
□ Drive sprocket, reversing sprocket set The drive sprocket is assembled with two drive sprockets, which echo with the reversing sprocket group, and when the transmission mechanism drives the drive sprocket group to rotate, the drive sprocket group drives the plate roller chain and the scraper plate to carry out material conveying and completes the conveying process.
□ Transmission mechanism adopts a frequency conversion motor to achieve stepless speed regulation. The transmission is stable and reliable, the speed regulation is convenient, and the user can adjust the speed according to the size of the incoming material. The output shaft and the head wheel set are connected by a sleeve roller chain, which is easy to replace and has a long service life.
The chassis is welded by section steel, which is firm and stable and is the carrier that supports the upper parts.
