Notice of NIFDC on the issuance of three technical documents including the "Technical Guidelines for Stability Testing and Evaluation of Cosmetics".

In order to guide the industry to improve the ability and level of cosmetics safety assessment, standardize the safety assessment of cosmetics, and promote the implementation of the cosmetics safety assessment system orderly, in accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, the Technical Guidelines for Cosmetics Safety Assessment (2021 Edition) and Several Measures for Optimizing the Management of Cosmetics Safety Assessment, the

National Institutes for Food and Drug Control has developed the Technical Guidelines for Stability Testing and Evaluation of Cosmetics and the Technical Guidelines for Challenge Testing and Evaluation of Cosmetic Preservatives, Technical Guidelines for Testing and Evaluation of Compatibility of Cosmetics and Packaging Materials which are hereby issued.
