The structure of the optical cable is putting a 250 μm optical fiber into a loose tube which made of a high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For some optical fiber cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metal-reinforced core. The loose tube (and the filling rope) is twisted around the center reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gap in the cable core is filled with a water blocking filler. Plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped with a polyethylene inner sheath.The steel wire is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene sheath to form the cable.

Product description
The structure of the optical cable is a 250 μm optical fiber placed in a loose tube made of a high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound. A layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped on the loose tube. Water-blocking material is added between the steel belt and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides and then the polyethylene sheath is extruded on it to form a cable.
