Site Constraints Shouldn’t Hold Your Crane Project Back.
🇵🇦 CLESCRANE’s 3-ton overhead crane project in Panama is now complete and successfully in operation!
When a crane doesn’t fit the site, the consequences can go beyond installation difficulties. Delays, additional modifications, and unexpected costs can put the entire project under pressure.
That was the challenge facing a construction company in Panama. Site obstacles interfered with the reinforced crane runway beams, preventing the crane from being installed according to the original plan. After several attempts, the customer turned to CLESCRANE for a solution.
Instead of forcing a standard design to fit, we engineered a solution around the actual site conditions.
Our team worked closely with the customer to assess the available space, runway structure, and operating requirements, then customized a CHS 3-ton × 22.39 m span × 5.5 m lifting height, Class D single-girder overhead crane with remote control.
The result? The installation challenge was resolved, and the crane was successfully installed and put into operation.
At CLESCRANE, we understand that customers need more than a crane that meets the specifications on paper. They need equipment that fits their site, can be installed successfully, and performs as required.
