A completed HAMAC mobile concrete batching plant is now operating as part of a construction project in Kyrgyzstan.

Instead of building a large fixed concrete production facility, the project uses a mobile batching configuration that brings the main production processes together in a more compact arrangement.

🏗️ What if mixing and pumping could be handled by one machine?
That was the question behind this project.
The customer needed to prepare concrete and deliver it to the working area, but using a conventional mixer and a separate concrete pump would mean more equipment, more space, and more coordination between operators.

⭐ The solution was a trailer concrete mixer pump.
Instead of moving freshly mixed concrete from one machine to another, the workflow is connected:

🏗️ Dry Batch Concrete Batching Plant: A Different Way to Organize Concrete Production
Not every concrete project needs a central mixer.
In this project, the customer was looking for a straightforward batching solution where aggregates, sand, cement and water could be weighed and discharged directly into mixer trucks. 🚚

The final mixing is completed inside the transit mixer during transportation, creating a direct workflow:

One interesting part of the solution is the absence of a central concrete mixer. This keeps the plant structure relatively simple and allows the layout to be adapted to the available working space.
