LIVE TESTING FOR FEIYANG DTM AND WATERPROOF SYSTEM BY VENUS GUSMER prosplay3.39

Although Polyaspartic has the characteristics of high solid content and low VOC, its application period is short and its use is limited. Therefore, it is an important project to find suitable spraying equipment to promote the application of Polyaspartic. FEIYANG R&D has testing experience of Graco's m2k, xm70, and domestic two-component equipment, each has its own characteristics.

Feiyang's polyaspartic heavy-duty machine coating system has also completed the performance improvement and needs to test the construction performance; Some customers have the need to purchase two-component spraying equipment for experiment and construction. VENUS GUSMER launched the latest two-component spraying equipment, so FEIYANG organized all parties to carry out spraying tests in FEIYANG laboratory, with the following objectives:

1. Test and evaluate the characteristics of VENUS GUSMER prosplay3.39, the latest two-component spraying machine, and compare the advantages and disadvantages with the previous equipment;
2. Test whether a series of high solid and solvent-free asparagus polyurea products can obtain the required spraying effect through the equipment, and obtain the construction process and parameters;
3. Learn the relevant information, spraying, maintenance and other practical experience of the two components.

Test time: May 19, 2020 to May 20, 2020
Test place: painting laboratory, 3rd floor, building D, Zhuhai Feiyang factory
