Shandong Huaye Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is located in the largest steel distributing centre of the area north of the Yangtze River---the steel market in the town of Xingfu in Boxing county, Shandong province. As a large-scale private enterprises, the company runs an integrated system of researching, producing, exporting and home sales. Our leading products are Galvanized Steel Coil, Galvalume Steel Coil、Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil(PPGI), and high quality design pattern PPGI, which have been widely exported to eastern Europe, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and many other countries and areas.
The company was founded in 2006. The amount of registered capital is 22.8 million. There are 160 employees in the company now, including 35 people of college degree, 75 people of polytechnic school and high school degree, 18 people of intermediate professional, and 3 people of senior engineer. In the past decade, the company have been working hard to press ahead to make a great many achievements. At present, the company is equipped with two high quality design pattern PPGI production lines whose annual production is 220,000 tons in total. In the year of 2004, the company established Shandong Gengxiang Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. as its branch office in Zibo, Shandong province.
In order to meet the market demand of new products, the company focuses on exploring international markets for high-end products. In 2016, the company established Shandong Boxing Huaye New Materials Co., Ltd. in Boxing Economic Development Zone. The company covers an area of 72505 square meters with registered capital of 28.8 million yuan. The construction projects are to reach an annual output of 720,000 tons of hot aluminum galvanized silicon steel plate and an annual output of 440,000 tons of high-end printing version. A new production line was put into operation in August, 2017, which has the functions of Cleaning、Annealing、Zinc Coat、Skin Pass、Straightening、Chromate Treatment、Oiled and so on. The designed progressing speed can reach at 260M/min, and the production capacity can be up to 360,000 tons per year. CPC choose domestic well-known brands，EPC choose foreign well-known brands. This production line is currently the most advanced galvanizing production line in the world.
