Our expert team includes hundreds of center agents, supervisors, QA monitors, trainers, managers and other support staff. Hundreds of workstations operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each workstation is connected to a high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based PC and flat screen monitor.
