This song is taken from the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar. It is really that prayer that one would expect Jesus Christ to have made in the Garden of Olives, where he accepts the will of the Father but also his human part makes him question some aspects of the will of the Father since at a human level sometimes this will is not so open and understandable and it is something that faith teaches us to live in a correct and natural way. After 50 years it is all but rock continues to be a faithful tribute to a universal message of love between people and unity for the world.
