We are currently very busy as a small local company, and we are in need of staff with development and planning experience. We have openings for the following positions:
- GIS Technician
- Development Officer
- Planner

We are open to candidates with any level of experience. Our company offers a non-traditional office environment and flexible working hours. Staff members are free to work from any location and at any time, as long as they fulfill their job responsibilities.

We are currently seeking a Development Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the workings of a development department and be able to answer development-related questions. Additionally, they should be able to forward an intake to the appropriate department or staff member. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of internal promotion to other development duties or becoming a permanent admin support. We require someone who can commit to working part-time from our office located within the Town of Kentville. The remuneration for this position will be a competitive hourly rate and will be based on a set period contract, which will be discussed further with the candidate who meets our requirements.

RÉVISION DES CIRCONSCRIPTIONS : RÉUNION PUBLIQUE
C + D Community Design organisera une réunion publique pour répondre aux questions et recueillir les commentaires concernant la révision des circonscriptions de la municipalité du district de Clare.

La réunion publique aura lieu au bureau de la municipalité de Clare (1185, route 1,
Petit-Ruisseau), le jeudi 29 septembre 2022, à 18 h. La réunion comprendra une courte présentation sur l’examen des circonscriptions et une discussion sur les changements possibles des circonscriptions de chaque district. Les membres du public seront invités à prendre la parole lors de la réunion; on leur remettra également des cartes de commentaires qu’ils pourront soumettre à la fin de la soirée.

BOUNDARY REVIEW: PUBLIC MEETING
C + D Community Design will be hosting a public meeting to answer questions and to gather feedback regarding the Municipality of the District of Clare’s boundary review.

The public meeting will be held at the office of the Municipality of Clare (1185 Highway 1, Little Brook) on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will include a short presentation on the boundary review and a discussion regarding possible district boundary changes. The public will be invited to speak at the meeting and will also be provided with comment cards for writing feedback which they can submit at the end of the evening.
