What you are carrying might not be yours.

The grief. The fear. The relationship patterns that keep repeating. The invisible loyalties to family members and Ancestors whose stories may have been forgotten, but whose experiences still echo through generations.

It didn’t start with you, but it can end with you.

This Saturday, October 17, we gather one final time in San Diego for Shamanic Family Constellations.

I’m sharing a few glimpses of the beautiful space at Equanimity Ranch, where we’ve been gathering, witnessing, and experiencing the extraordinary movements of The Field.

There is something remarkable that emerges when we come together with the willingness to see what has been hidden.

Complete strangers step into the roles of family members and Ancestors. Without knowing their stories, they begin sensing emotions and revealing hidden family dynamics.

What was unseen becomes visible.

What has been carried for generations can finally be acknowledged.

And something begins to move.

Whether you’re familiar with Family Constellations or have never experienced this work before, you’re welcome.

A relationship pattern we keep repeating.
A heaviness we can’t explain.
Something in the family line that we have worked on and worked on, but still can’t seem to complete.

In a sense, we will sacrifice parts of ourselves out of love.

For our parents.
For a sibling.
For our family.

As children, we may learn to give parts of ourselves away in order to belong, to stay connected, or to receive the love we need.

And then we grow up.

But the pattern can come with us.

We give our heart away.
We abandon ourselves for another.
We overgive, overfunction, rescue, or sacrifice ourselves in the hope that this time we will finally receive the love we have been searching for.

But that place inside of us can never truly be filled by giving more of ourselves away.

In Family Constellations, we can begin to see where these patterns started, what we have been carrying out of love and loyalty, and what no longer belongs to us.

We return what is not ours.

And we call back the parts of ourselves we left behind.

We begin to step out of the loop and return to ourselves. 🤍

✨The healing and magic that happens in a Family Constellations workshop can be challenging to explain.

The Field has a way of revealing what has been hidden.

The patterns we inherited.
The stories that were never spoken.
The people who were never fully seen.
The places where love became tangled with pain, loss, loyalty or belonging.

And sometimes, simply seeing what happened changes everything.

If you’re at a threshold, moving through a transition, repeating a pattern you can’t seem to understand, or simply curious about what might be waiting for you in the Field, come experience it for yourself.

I’ll be returning to San Diego for a short guest residency at Equanimity Ranch as part of the My Embodied Collective and Seeds of Imagination Practitioner Residency Program.

The first time you stand in the shoes of a stranger’s ancestor and feel something you couldn’t possibly know… it’s a little weird. In the best way.

Then the person whose family we’re exploring says, “Yes. That’s exactly what she was like.”

Sometimes you help an ancestor finally be seen. And somewhere in that moment, you recognize what your own family has been carrying too.

That’s why I love this work. We enter the Field for one person, and none of us quite knows what it will reveal for the rest of us.
