My travel experience to Dubai was a tragedy thanks to all of you.

1. Flight BA-5648 operated by AA was cancelled with no reasonable justification. This delayed all my connections for 24hours. Lost Hotel nights, business meetings and tours in Dubai.
2. Since for 12 hours, AA didn’t collaborate on the solution of how to travel from SJO to MIA. I had to pay Copa Airlines $200 to book me on their next available option. Clave de confirmación: BAXTAJ.
3. After 13 hours at SJO airport and begging AA to solve the problems caused, the agent decides to make his own booking with Copa arguing it was necessary for the travel to keep continuity and not affect the rest of the itinerary. Order ID: BBHFFO. ETKT 0012343062680z

5. I received emails from BA inviting me to Check in on line, which is for a passenger and obvious sign that everything is OK. But when presenting myself at the Check-in counter, the agent tells me that me reservation is voided and that I should call CheapOair to clarify. (That agent treats me with the worst treatment and indifference ever seen. Knowing one can’t make calls of any type in Dubai unless you have a VPN to bypass Dubai’s restrictions. Also that agent has all my travel information, but he argues that I did the changes on my itinerary… as if it made sense … the only ones who could possibly do such non-sense change would be you AA, BA or CheapOair. This agent also humiliate me for buying my flight through an operator called “Cheap”.
6. I had to ask my husband who is still at the Hotel in Dubai, to contact CheapOair for me. After that I received an email from ChepOair that reads “Please confirm your flight details with your airline.Hi Marianela, We've tried to reach you, but haven't received a response. Airline has let us know that you've made changes to your reservation for Booking 77771766). Since this change was made directly with the airline, please confirm your flight details with airline within 24 hours and contact them with any questions.
7. I go back to the aggressive agents at BA, to ask again for their assistance and with very inefficient and long process, they give me my three Boarding Passes (DBX-LHR, LHR-MIA, MIA-SJO).
8. At the Gate for AA-959 (BA-5022). AA agent tells me that the boarding pass is not valid because BA didn’t coordinate it with AA. (All the conversation of this agent with One World Travel Support is Video Recorded) She gives me a new boarding pass for the following day and tells me to go to BA office to request a Hotel for the night.
There should be no need to tell that this is my worst travel experience with an airline, the stress, sickness, lost of work days, economic loss and damages are now being fallowed under a legal demand.
