Quality process:
Description of the company's quality assurance process. The translation is reviewed by Traducciones Naranjo, S. A., as many times as it is necessary until Traducciones Naranjo, S. A., is totally sure that the company is providing the best translation possible to the client. Once the first 50% of the translation is sent to the client, he can contact Traducciones Naranjo, S. by email, if he decides to change any word for another that better fits the translation he needs. Therefore, both parties have discussed on the best terms to be used on the translation halfway to the due date and the client must explicitly express by email that he agrees on all the changes after both parties have discussed all the changes involved. Right afterwards, all the changes are applied to both, the first 50% as well as for the second 50% of the job. Therefore, the final job turned in to the client is a translation he has already agreed to be the best translation possible for the document that he initially provided to Traducciones Naranjo, S. to be translated.
