Why do we recommend against buying leads?

We met many clients who came to us for integrated marketing after they had wasted their budget on buying leads. Unfortunately, there are a lot of dishonest sellers on the market who sell a cat in the bag pretending to be working requests. And here's why:

- Unknown lead source. Let's say there is an offer with inflated expectations — "Apartment in the city center for $20 million".
- It's not clear when the leads were generated. It may have already been 3 weeks since the application was sent.
- You can't be sure that the leads were sold only to you and not to 5 other agencies.
