DOPO LE GUERRE ED I LOCKDOWN
UN NUOVO MODELLO DI BUSINESS
Gli ultimi 2° anni hanno segnato indelebilmente la vita di tutti, a qualsiasi latitudine.
Prima la pandemia, i lockdown, i vaccini, poi le riaperture, adesso la guerra.
Una guerra che durerà a lungo o ancora poco ci auguriamo, ma comunque sono già 50 gg – quando si va in guerra le ragioni non sono solo da una parte. Si litiga in due mi diceva mio nonno dopo una scazzottata con un mio ex amico, e per questo motivo mi diede uno schiaffetto, indipendentemente che avessi ragione o torto.
Questi accadimenti hanno cambiato il verso delle cose e dei destini, le aspettative della vita, le certezze svanite, i sentimenti affondati (quanti hanno visto morire i propri cari senza neanche poter porgere l’ultimo saluto in forza delle misure anticovid), ma potremmo continuare all’infinito.
I riflessi sulle economie, a latitudini diverse, non sono tutte uguali. Vi sono paesi che hanno riaperto tutto da circa 18 mesi, Russia in testa, altri che ancora oggi chiudono, Shangai!!
Il nostro occhio è privilegiato, siamo presenti in diversi paesi ed osserviamo anche come molti paesi sono già ripartiti a pieno regime, mentre altri stentano a ripartire, sembra quasi che aspettino un nuovo lockdown, o altre imposizioni.
Appare evidente che tutti questi straordinari eventi mutano le condizioni di accesso al mercato, le difficoltà nel reperimento delle materie prime, ma anche ai diversi modelli di business che di volta in volta andranno adeguati.
L’idea perseguitata negli ultimi decenni si scontra con questi eventi che hanno bloccato o ridisegnato le logiche di sviluppo industriale e commerciale.
Il nostro studio è oggi all’avanguardia nella consulenza ed assistenza per riprogettare il marketing strategico delle aziende, l’adeguamento dei sistemi di produzione, i sistemi digitali, l’intelligenza artificiale, l’ingresso dei robot nei processi di produzione (che le grandi aziende hanno introdotto da tempo, mentre la piccola soffre), ed ancora l’introduzione dell’ E-commerce, e molto altro.

Oggi le regole dei mercati sono cambiati, sia per le acquisizionI delle materie prime per i processi di produzione, sia per la trasformazione e commercializzazione degli stessi. A NEW MODEL OF BUSINESS
The last 2 years have left their mark on everyone’s lives, at any latitude. First the pandemic, the lockdowns, the vaccines, then the reopenings, now the war.
A war that will last for a long time yet we hope little, but they are already 50 days - when you go to war the reasons are not just on one side.
There was a two-man fight, my grandfather told me after a fistfight with an ex-friend of mine, and for this reason he slapped me, regardless of whether I was right or wrong.
These events have changed the direction of things and destinies, the expectations of life, the certainties that have vanished, the feelings that have sunk (those who have seen their loved ones die without even being able to offer the last greeting under the anticovid measures) but we could go on forever.
The repercussions on economies, at different levels, are not all the same. There are countries that have reopened everything for about 18 months, others that still close today, Shanghai!!
The eye of our study is privileged, we are present in several countries and we also observe how many countries are already distributed at full capacity, while others find it difficult to start again, it almost seems that they are waiting for a new lockdown, or other impositions. It is clear that all these extraordinary events change the conditions of market access, the difficulties in finding raw materials, but also the different business models that will need to be adapted.
The idea pursued over the past decade is colliding with these events that have blocked or redesigned the logic of industrial and commercial development.
Our firm is now at the forefront of consulting and assistance to redesign the strategic marketing of companies, the adaptation of production systems, digital systems, artificial intelligence, the entry of robots in production processes (which large companies have long introduced, while the small one suffers), and still the introduction of the E-commerce, and much more.

Also in this direction we are at the forefront of waste management (urban, sanitary and animal) and water treatment (white, black and industrial), creating circular economy processes to support the business.
