SEE Mosaics

SEE Mosaics SEE Mosaics project has the objective to create strong network of mosaic conservation professionals and to promote mosaic heritage of Southeast Europe.

SEE Mosaics is a regional project that aims at raising the awareness on the needs for more organized protection of mosaic heritage in SE Europe. It also aims at reinforcing mosaic conservation profession in the region. Project gathers professionals from cultural institutions from 8 countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. Project ob

jectives are to:
• Develop network of professionals involved with mosaic conservation,
• Record capacities of the region regarding ancient mosaic heritage and its state of conservation, as well as conservation resources
• Promote mosaic heritage of Southeast Europe and institutions involved in its conservation.
